As the only designer in the company, I was responsible for everything from Ux research to Frontend. That includes research, creating user flows, Ui design, Prototype and Frontend(HTML, CSS, JS)
I was directly reporting to the directors. Also to turn the design ideas into reality I was accompanied by couple of developers. Apart from this, we had QA on the team that made sure things work out at the end
